Hailey is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to patients of all ages. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialization from Midwestern State University.
Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she spent most of her bedside nursing career in emergency medicine as a board-certified emergency nurse, caring for patients with a wide range of acute and complex medical conditions. This experience strengthened her clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and patient-care skills, while fostering her commitment to deliver efficient, thorough, and compassionate care.
Hailey enjoys caring for the whole patient and treating a broad range of acute and chronic conditions. She believes in taking the time to listen to her patients, understanding their individual concerns and goals, and developing personalized treatment plans through shared decision-making. She is committed to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and comfortable discussing their healthcare concerns.
Outside of the clinic, Hailey enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, traveling, and staying active.
