Jan grew up in a medical family. Her father was an accomplished surgeon in Ft. Worth. Her mother and Jan’s identical twin were Registered Nurses. Jan has been a Certified Physician Assistant for 43 years, since her graduation from Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. She has practiced in family medicine and urgent care.
